ESRF, Peruvian firm launch mobile phone APP for settlement allocation.

    ESRF, in partnership with GRADE have developed a mobile application called Lotizer which can be downloaded from smart phone and be used in planning settlement.

    LANDLORDS in Tanzania will soon start to plan for their land before they sell through a new mobile application that has been developed by Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) in collaboration with Peruvian based firm, GRADE, it has been learnt.

    Speaking in Dar es Salaam today during a workshop on land planning and settlement, the ESRF head of Research and Publications, Prof Fortunata Songora, said already the organization has surveyed city.
