ESRF host a meeting between Board of Governors from International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and the TTI grantees in Tanzania.

    On Monday 10th July 2017, the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF) hosted a meeting between members of the Board of Governors of International Development Research Centre (IDRC - Canada) and grantees of IDRC support through Think Tank Initiative (TTI) window in Tanzania.

    Since September 2009, the IDRC/TTI has been an important donor providing core funding and institutional support to three Tanzanian Policy Think Tanks namely the Economic and Social Research Foundation (ESRF), Policy Research for Development (REPOA) and Science, Technology and Innovation Policy Research Organization (STIPRO).

    The aim of IDRC/TTI support to the three organizations is to strengthen institutional capacity and organizational sustainability. Three specific areas of support include research quality, policy linkages and organizational performance. The meeting took place at ESRF Conference Hall in Dar es Salaam.
